I had also attempted the vacuum route, along with compressed air. This included putting blurays, DVDs, Xbox 360 discs, and CDs into the drive. The only reason I posted this is because I had tried multiple troubleshooting steps, and none of them worked until trying this. You can do this by pulling the front side upwards (leaving the back side on a solid surface). If these methods don't work, you can also tilt your Xbox One so that the disc is pulled in by gravity. Hold on to the disc for an extra second or two, causing resistance, then let go and let the Xbox bring the disc in ReinstallĢ - when putting the disc in, the Xbox will start to pull the disc into the drive. I'd also like to point out one of the other good tips I received:ġ - delete blue ray player app. Here's the photographic proof of my gross Q-Tips after the cleaning.
